| 摘 要： | 从理论上仔细分析公平正义,对实现社会主义和谐社会有着重要意义。社会公平,是一个变化、发展的概念。这种公平是具体的历史的公平,它不是绝对的、毫无差别的公平。在现阶段,它只能是相对大多数人的公平,是相对公平。
