| 摘 要： | 我国正面临着严峻的生态环境危机和能源危机,阻碍着我国经济的发展和全面小康社会的建设。中国要解决环境问题和能源问题,必须实现工业化道路的转型,走新型工业化道路。这是实现中国经济腾飞的必然选择。
