科技伦理领域面对的往往是多元道德价值之间的内在冲突,我们在价值取向上应持开放性的态度,以促进科技与人文在发展中的动态协调.再加上科技体制化的现实,科技伦理中价值取向的选择与实现呼吁一种社会、政治机制上的开放性,以形成社会公众的道德理性对政治和利益团体的制约,而公共理性经过合理论证可以用于解决某些伦理问题.作为上述分析的结果,科技伦理可能孕育着一种新的实践哲学模式.

Sci-tech Ethics and Public Reason

What sci tech ethics often encounters are the inherent clashes between multielement moral values. In order to bring about a dynamic harmony in the development of sci tech and the humanities, an open attitude should be adopted in value orientation. With the institutionalization reality of science and technology, an openness in social and political mechanism is called for in the selection and realization of value orientation in sci tech ethics so to impose a constraint on political and interest groups by public moral reason. And public reason, after rational proving, can be used for solving some ethical problems. As the result of the above analysis, sci tech ethics may carry within itself a new practical philosophy model.
