| 摘 要： | 社会和谐的本质在于社会政治关系的和谐。政治和谐的程度,体现着一个国家社会和谐的发展水平。政治和谐要求社会政治行为主体的行为符合一定的制度规范,从而使社会政治秩序保持稳定有序、充满活力的状态。社会主义民主政治制度的建立,是人类政治发展中划时代的革命,为构建社会主义和谐社会奠定了坚实的政治基础。
