| 摘 要： | 文章就邓小平关于教育经济价值、教育与经济的关系、教育与生产劳动相结合、教育投入以及教师劳动与待遇等问题分析了其教育经济思想的基本内涵和特点 ,提出以邓小平教育经济思想为现实指导 ,开发西部教育 ,建立自上而下与自下而上相结合的运作模式 ,建立政府调控与市场调节的运行机制 ,构建多元化的开发投资体制 ,开发西部教育大合作

| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping's thoughts on educational economy and the features are analyzed in the form of the values of educational economy, educational investment and teachers' labor and pay etc. It is pointed out that under the guidance of the thoughts, the educational development should establish the model of manipulation from above to below and from below to above,establish the system of governmental control and market adjustment, constitute the investment system of multiple development and carry out the education cooperation in West China. |
