风险投资机构投资绩效的影响因素研究综述

风险投资机构的投资绩效倍受实践者和研究者的关注,对投资绩效影响因素的研究一直是国内外学者研究的热点之一,但纵观国内外文献,现有研究仍缺乏一个系统的研究框架.为此从公司、联盟、联合投资网络、宏观环境四个层面对投资绩效影响因素的研究成果进行了系统述评,并在总结该领域现有研究成果的基础上,提出了未来风险投资机构投资绩效的研究方向.

Review of the Research on the Influencing Factors about the Investment Performance of Venture Capital Institutions

The investment performances of venture capital institutions are paid much attention by practi- tioners and researchers, and the influencing factors of investment performance have been a hot research field for domestic and foreign scholars. But throughout the literature review over the world, it is found out that there still lacks a systematic research framework about existing literatures. On the basis of the literature analysis,the sys- tematical review of research about influencing factors of venture capital firms is carried out from four levels, such as the company, alliances, venture capital syndication network and macro -environment. Finally, based on the summary of these existing researches in this field, the possible research directions in the future is pro- posed.
