| 摘 要： | 由于我国中小企业在企业规划、融资信息、知识、实物资产、资产担保及经营风险都不尽人意 ,因而其融资能力低下 ,这是当前我国中小企业融资困难的内在原因所在。解决途径 :(1)提高中小企业自身的融资能力 ,(2 )政府积极组建面向中小企业的服务性中介机构 ,以提高其管理水平 ,(3)扩大政府对中小企业的金融支持。

| Abstract: | The incompetence to raise funds results from the fact that medium and small enterprises are not good not enterprise planning, information of raising funds, knowledge, fixed assets, property mortgage and risk. This is the underlying reason for the difficulty in raising funds. Therefore, we give the solutions: (1) The enterprises improve their own ability to raise funds. (2) The government forms the intermediary service organization to help enterprises and improve the managerial level. (3) The government enlarges the fund support to these enterprises. |
