| 摘 要： | 参照美国药典 XXⅢ版及中国药典1995年版二部细菌内毒素检查法中干扰试验的基本原理,对注射用盐酸大观霉素 Spectinomycin Hydrochloride for In-jection(简称 SP)进行了细菌内毒素检查法的研究,实验结果表明,浓度为1.88u/ml的样品溶液对鲎试验不存在干扰因素,可用细茵内毒素检查法作为该药品的发热物质检查。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of interference test in Bacterial Endotoxin in USP 23rd edition and Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995,Spectinomycin Hydrochloride was stud- ied with bacterial endotoxin test using LAL method.The results showed that there was no interference factor on 0.125EU/ml LaL in concentration of 1.88u/ml.In conclusion,LAL method would be useful in pyrogen test of spectinomycin hydrochloride for injection. |
