摘    要:中国人认识、利用菌类的历史悠久。至隋唐 ,随着经济文化的繁荣和科技的进步 ,人们对菌类的食用价值、药用价值、生长特点及毒性有了更全面的认识 ,并摸索出了食用菌、药用菌的栽培技术。其中灵芝栽培技术最为成熟 ,已有专著出现 ,这一点是与道教的重视与推崇分不开的

Abstract:Chinese people began to know and make use of mushrooms long ago. Up to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, they knew better about them both as food and as herb. They also knew more clearly about the poison some of them contained. The techniques of cultivating mushrooms appeared in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Especially treatises were written on glossy ganoderma cultivation. The Taoists promoted the cultivation of glossy ganoderma.
