弱势企业强势之"道"——论老子守柔思想对我国弱势企业战略制定的启示

改革开放以来,特别是加入世界贸易组织后,我国企业不断走向世界,外资企业也大举进入我国,这使我国企业面临着日益激烈而复杂的国内市场竞争和国际市场竞争,基本上处于相对弱势的地位。我国古代伟大的思想家老子在其所著的《老子》(又名《道德经》)中提出的守柔思想,包括守柔的根据、守柔的意义、守柔的目标、守柔的原则和守柔的思路,对于我国弱势企业制定适宜的战略以培育核心竞争力、实现战略制胜,具有巨大的启示意义。

Tao of Mightiness for Weak Enterprises

Since reform and opening,esp.entering WTO,our enterprises have ever been marching into the world,and foreign-invested enterprises pulling into China.In this case,our enterprises lie in relatively weak position,facing ever fiercer competition in domestic and international markets.Lao Zi,one of the great thinkers in ancient China,whose conciliatory thought dwelt in Lao Zi(also named as The classic of Virtue of the Tao) includes its basis,its meaning,its objective,its principle and its train of thoughts,which has the enormous enlightenment for weak enterprises of our homeland in formulating suitable strategies and raising core competence to win through strategy.
