摘    要:国以人兴,政以才治。本文试从人性化的角度出发,在重视人性,重视和运用人力资本,管理人才、发掘人才、开发人才等方面对邓小平人才管理观加以探讨。

Abstract:A country achieves prosperity through the people and politics is best governed by talented people.This paper tries to discuss Deng Xiaoping's outlook on managing talented people from the perspective of humanism with respect to the following aspects: 1.thinking highly of human nature;2.valuing and utilizing human capital;3.managing,seeking out and developing competent and talented people,etc.
