An In-depth Study on Cause of Economic Growth Pulled by Investment and Net Export: in View of Income Distribution

Currently,China's economic growth is mainly pulled by investment and net export.The root cause is the distortion of our income distribution mechanism.Macroscopically,the increasing income difference and uncertainty of expectation lead to high saving rate,while the high saving rate should be balanced and maintained by high investment and high export.And in turn,as a matter of fact,the current situation of high profit and low wage in primary distribution and profit-oriented companies jointly induce the fast growth of investment and export.Such will definitely bring the excess capacity,adverse selection of industries and affect the sustainable development of economy.To support the above argument,a quantitative analysis is made with macro-economy indices concerned.And suggestions to improve economy are provided as well.
