高等院校金融专业本科人才培养模式研究——兼论中华女子学院金融人才培养工作

培养模式直接决定着人才素质的高低。由于金融全球化和自由化的加速推进，我国原有的金融人才培养模式中教学内容陈旧、交叉过多、可操作性差，以及授课方式的过于呆板和单一等固有缺陷已经明显不适应这一趋势的要求，必须做出改革，必须把培养熟练掌握外语、计算机、业务处理和理论分析等多种技能的通识性人才作为我们的培养目标。为此，必须在培养方案、专业建设、教学教法、双语教学、师资队伍建设等几方面有针对性地进行改革。

Study on the Training Pattern of Four - year Students Majoring in the Finance in Universities——On the Training of Four - year students of China Women''''s University

The quality of talented persons quite depends on the training pattern. Due to the increasingly development of financial globalization and deregulation,our original training pattern of financial talented persons is undoubtedly too old fashioned which contains many shortcomings such as weak operational features,unity,unnecessary repetition and inflexible teaching and is obviously not suitable for the requirement of finance development.So we have to reform the pattern.We must set the goal of training compound talented persons who can master foreign language,computer operation,practices processing,theoretical analysis and so on.Thus,it's essential for us to reform our training program,specialties construction,teaching contents and its methods,bilingual teaching,teacher ranks construction.
