| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆学科馆员的设置及其专业信息服务,能使高校图书馆更好地参与学校教学、科研及教育管理工作之中,成为高校教学、科研工作坚实的支撑体系。同时,这不仅加速馆藏信息资源的传递,也增强了高校面向社会的竞争实力。为此,要统一认识,加强领导,深化图书馆工作的改革,从而建立新的服务模式与工作机制,并加快建设高素质的学科馆员队伍。

| Abstract: | The new situation sets new demands for the libraries in colleges and universities,therefore,this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current system of disciplinary librarians in colleges and universities,and tries to explore how to ttach importance to the system,how to carry it out in practice so as to improve the work in talents training,team construction and communications among the faculties. |
