| 摘 要： | 通用航空发展定位及途径,是我国目前通用航空发展亟待解决的问题。通过对美国、加拿大等通用航空发达国家的发展历程研究,比较分析了他们在通航市场结构、发展驱动因素、政府作用等方面的特点,探索通用航空发展的内在机理,以此为我国通航健康有序发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The development orientation and development path of general aviation are problems to be solved in China’s general aviation development.Through the analysis of development process of the United States,Canada and other general aviation developed countries,this paper compared their characteristics in the navigation market structure,development-driven factors,and the role of government.Meanwhile,it explored the intrinsic mechanism of the development of general aviation and provided reference for the healthy and orderly development of China’s general aviation. |
