| 摘 要： | 针对城市化进程中"村改居"社区整合过程中出现的问题,通过对某社区的调查,探讨组织性整合的发展情况。指出加强组织性整合必须加快政府职能的转变,完善社区保障制度以及发展社区组织。

| Abstract: | This article explores the reason for inadequate motivation of integrating organizations such as government,jurisdiction agencies,and community.Through a case study of a specific community,it is concluded that speeding up the transformation of governmental function,completing community insurance policy,and developing community organizations all contributes to the enhancement of systematic integration. |
