Abstract: | This paper draws upon practice-related research experiences in both education and psychotherapy to suggest several implications and directions for efforts in evaluating social work practice. In so doing, recommendations also are developed regarding the responsibility of the social work practitioner to do research on social work practice, and the responsibility of graduate schools of social work to better prepare the practitioner to perform this research production function. |
