转型期中国公众社会心理的演变

中国社会的转型使公众的社会心理发生重大变化。一方面,随着政府、市场、社会三者之间的功能分化,中国人的生活空间、精神空间被放大,公民的人格更加独立,参政热情明显提高,契约意识普遍强化,国际意识逐渐增强。另一方面,因为社会结构、制度环境的变化,在传统与现代、进步和落后的碰撞中,社会心理也出现了不同程度的负面效应,如落后心理乘虚而入,社会诚信遭遇挑战,仇富仇官心态严重,维权事件频繁发生等。社会心理的负面效应,并非只是社会进步的阻碍力量。只要社会能够正确地对待、引导,负面社会心理不但不会起到负面作用,反而会提高社会肌体的灵活性和柔韧性。

The Changing Tendency of Chinese Social Psychology in Evolution Era

With Chinese society changing the social psychology of people had happened significant change.On the one hand,with the function dividing among government,market and society,what life space and spirit space of Chinese people had been enlarged result in that civil personality more independent,the enthusiasm of political participant distinct improved,consciousness of contract was strengthened universally,international consciousness heightened gradually.On the other hand because social structure and system environment changed,social psychology appeared some negative effect in collision between traction and modern,improve and backward.For example backward psychology get a chance to step in,social trustworthiness meet with challenge,the psychology of hatred rich and official is serious,the incident of safeguarded right occurred frequently and so on.The negative effect of social psychology isn＇t the obstruction of social program.Negative social psychology will not have negative effect but can improve the flexibility and pliability provided society can correct treat and lead it.
