| 摘 要： | ＂势＂是韩非思想中的核心概念之一,具有复杂的意义。韩非为了回应当时学者对慎到＂势之足以治天下＂的攻击进而论证＂贤势之不相容＂、＂势之足用＂的观点而将＂势＂区分为＂自然之势＂和＂人设之势＂。＂自然之势＂并不是学术界一般所讲的＂世袭的王位＂,而是指不可改变的事物变化的趋向,包括社会的变化趋向。＂人设之势＂存在于纯政治的框架内,指君主由于其所处地位而拥有的权力和权势,以赏罚的权力为主要内容,也就是韩非所说的＂二柄＂。

| Abstract: | Shi is one of the central ideas of Hanfei＇s thoughts.Hanfei distinguishes two kinds of Shi： ＂inevital natural circumstances＂ and＂political purchase initiated by man＂.＂inevital natural circumstances＂ refers to the trend direction that can＇t be changed.＂political purchase initiated by man＂ means authority and purchase,especially the power of reward and punishment. |
