日本住宅保障制度及其立法规制

After world war two,Japan to solve in the residential security,through the mechanism of market and government,basically realizedthe target of ＂the people have settled down ＂.Housing security system is not only the basic content of social security in Japan,also economic development and social stability to play a significant role.From the changes in residential security legislation of the different periods,Japan formulated with pertinence housing guarantee system,in promoting the construction of indemnificatory residences,played an important role.This through the legislative regulation of indemnificatory residences,the practice of supply and demand balance,worth at present our country in solving problems in housing safeguard model taken seriously.
