| 摘 要： | 从场域理论视角分析,法官解释是特定司法场域的产物。由于所处的场域的不同导致了法官与民众对法律解释的分歧,因此法官在解释法律的过程中应注意吸收民意,防止两者过分悖离。

| Abstract: | Judge interpretation is a specific product of legal field in the perspective of field theory.Different fields lead to the differences of legal interpretation from the judge and the public.To prevent the excessive deviation on the differences,the judge should pay attention to absorb public opinions in the process of legal interpretation. |
