| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the current situation and related restrictive factors for the construction of a well-off society in the mountainous areas in Chongqing, this paper designs its goals and puts forward the relevant policy-orientation for its realization, including land policy, industrial policy, fiscal levy policy, investment and financial policy, consumption encouragement and expansion policy and social undertaking support policy. |
