转型期机制断裂——我国信用缺失的动态性解释

我国信用缺失的现有解释缺乏系统性和内在逻辑。本文通过系统考察信用的历史变迁,认为我国现在正处于从传统社会的为情感交易而设立的身份信用向现代社会的为商业交易而设立的契约信用嬗变的过程之中。在这个过程中,由于信用信息传递机制断裂、信用激励机制断裂、信用约束机制断裂、信用的产权基础缺失、信用的道德目标模糊等,必然使我们处于信用缺失的危机之中。

The Ruptured Mechanisms in the Transition Period--The Dynamic Interpretation of the Lack of Credit in Our Country

The present interpretation of the lack of credit in our country is short of system and internality logic.We think through a system review about the credit history that China is in the course that is from the traditional identity credit which was set up for sensibility exchange to the modern contract credit which is set up for business exchange.In this course,because of the ruptured mechanisms,we have been made in the crisis of credit absence.The mechanisms include the transfer mechanism of credit information,the inspirit mechanism of credit,the restrict mechanism of credit,the absence of the credit property right foundation and the illegibility goal of credit moral.
