Studing on the Technique Teaching Reform of Gymnastics Obligatory Course of Physical Education

By the technique teaching reform experiment of gymnastics obligatory couse of physical education and the comparative study of traditional teaching,the author draws the following successful conclusion of the teaching reform:the competitive thought must be made less important;the technical requirements must be reduced;and the system of technique material of gymnastics obligatory course,based on the comprehensive goal of improvement of thehealth,competition and cultivation of the ability,and on thereality of middle schools,must consist of "quality content","attribute content"and "quantity content".
