摘    要:韦伯提出的官僚制的组织形态是与现代化大生产相适应的组织模式。作为近现代社会中一种占支配地位的组织形态 ,官僚制以其形式合理性和技术化的设计在西方社会取得了极大的成功。虽然官僚制在当代也因其自身的某些局限性而面临着改革 ,但是 ,官僚制中所包含的理性精神、民主意识以及科学化的设计思路和要求 ,对于转型时期我国组织模式的塑造仍有其存在的合理性

Abstract:The structure of bureaucracy proposed by Max. Weber fits in with modern mass production. As a predominant organization form in the modern society, bureaucracy has achieved great success in the western society with its rationality, predictability, impersonality, and technical competence. Although faced up with reformation as a result of some of its limitations in the contemporary society, bureaucracy, with its rationality spirit, a sense of democracy, scientific train of thought and requirement of design, has rationality for the shaping of China's organization model in the transitional period.
