The investment funds have put active effects on the growth of economyin our country. Compared to the developed western countries, however, there are some problems such as non-normative development, which are serious. Accordingly, it is a natural requirement for investment fund market to accelerate the step of regulating. In order to develop a healthy investment fund market, it is necessary to create a number of open-end funds which have sound scales, which helps to build up the image of organizational investor as the major part of the market; to implement the registration system of fund management corporation, which helps to introduce the competition among fund management corporations and then enhance the competitiveness of them; and to broaden the qualifications of them and ameliorate the ownership's structure of them, which helps them to get finance in market directly.
