| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会把提高建设社会主义先进文化的能力,作为加强党的执政能力建设的一项重要任务。这对新形势下高校宣传思想工作提出了新的更高要求;也对高校宣传思想工作队伍的理论素养、知识水平和业务能力,提出了新的更高的要求。我们要认真贯彻中央精神,从高校的实际出发,深入研究和把握高校宣传思想工作的特点和规律,进一步强化“十种意识”,不断提高做好高校宣传思想工作的本领。

| Abstract: | To improve the ability to construct socialist advanced culture is made an important task to strengthen the Party's executive ability on the fourth plenary meeting of the 16th congress of our party.This makes higher requirement for the college ideology and publicity work in the new situation and also for the ideological staff in the aspects of ideological accomplishment,state of arts and professional ability.We should carry out the central spirit and take the college practice into consideration.We should also study and grasp the characteristics and rules of college ideology and publicity work.To further strengthen the " ten consciousnesses" is quite important in doing well the college ideology and publicity work. |
