跨国并购中文化整合视角的研究与借鉴

摘    要:并购中的文化整合是企业实现并购协同效应的关键环节,尤其在跨国并购中,文化整合更是最复杂和最容易被忽视的整合内容。中国企业在并购方面仍处于摸索阶段,普遍缺乏具有市场意义的并购经验和方法。在对并购文化整合相关理论进行综述和评价的基础上,运用跨文化管理思想和并购整合工具,对并购后的文化整合进行系统分析,提出对中国企业跨国并购文化整合具有指导意义的借鉴内容。

Abstract:In the process of cross-board M&A, the cultural-integration plays a key part in achieving the synergistic effects of M&A. Especially in the process of cross-board integration, its integration content is most complex and much easier to be neglected. Chinese enterprises are still in the groping stage and generally lack of M&A experiences and methods in a marketing sense. Based upon the review and assessment of relevant theory, the paper, by applying trans-cultural management thought and M&A integration tools, systematically analyzed the cultural-integration after M&A. It also proposed some significant references and revelations for Chinese enterprises' cultural-integra- tion in the process of cross-board M&A.
