| 摘 要： | 陶行知先生非常重视教师素质的提高,提出了许多中肯的意见,他认为教师要有为教育的献身的精神,要树立正确的学生观,建立良好的师生关系,教师要锐意进取,精于业务,不断创新,教师还要严于律己,为人师表,陶行知先生的观点至今还给我们以重要的启示。

| Abstract: | Tao Xingzhi values the exaltation of teacher's character very much and puts forward many pertinent opinions on it.He thinks that the teacher should have the spirit of dedicating to the education,set up the right standpoint of students,and build up good relationship with students.And the teacher should be enterprising,be versed in teaching and be creative continuously.In addition,he must be model for others.Tao Xingzhi's opinion is still an important indication for further study. |
