浅谈高校班级管理模式

高校如何培养出更多、更好的高素质创新型人才 ,应成为高校管理工作中亟待解决的重要课题。高校班级管理是高校管理工作的重要方面 ,对培养学生的创新精神和创新能力有着非常重要的作用和地位。从四个方面作了一些阐述和分析 :一是转变班主任传统的管理模式、培养学生的创新精神和创新能力 ;二是改进学习管理体系 ,培养学生学习的自觉性和科学性 ;三是建立本科学术导师制 ,培养学生的科研能力和团结协作能力 ;四是开展一些具有感染性、知识性、趣味性的活动 ,增强学生的集体观念

Discussion on the Management of Student Classes in Universities

This paper discusses the management of the student classes in four ways: 1) changing the traditional class supervisor management style to cultivate students' creativity and innovativeness; 2) improving the study management system to cultivate students' initiative and rationality in studying; 3) establishing undergraduate academic supervisor system to cultivate students' research and cooperative abilities; and 4) carrying out appealing and instructive activities to cultivate students' team spirit.
