A General Idea of Technical Means of Intelligence Development Measurement: Aim at the 21st Century |

| Abstract: | Based on a study of comprehensive overview of Development of Intelligence theories,the paper gives a general idea of technical means of Intelligence Development Measurement aiming at the 21+{st} century.There different aspects concerned with the idea are discussed in this paper:constructing principles,evaluation content and the characteristics of evaluation system of technical means of Intelligence Development Measurement. |
