| 摘 要： | 国际法这门学科，植根于历史，受制于现实，同时又着眼于未来。国际社会现实政治的光谱折射是国际法发展的历史背景，重思历史后的调整与进步是国际法发展的现代语境，变革时代的理念转型与价值重塑是国际法在当代的发展展望。中国国际法学肩负着“回应历史”和“建构未来”的双重时代使命，强化对现实问题的理论回应并完善相应的法律制度面向，是中国国际法学在当下的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The subject of international laws is rooted in history ,restricted to the reality ,and fo-cused on the future .The spectral refraction of reality politics in the international society is the historical background of the development of international laws ;the adjustment and progress after rethinking history are the modern context of the development of international laws ;the concept transformation and value reconstruction in the changing era are the prospect of contemporary de-velopment of international laws .The subject of chinese international laws undertakes the duel missions of “responding to the history ”and“building up the future” .Strengthening the theoreti-cal response to realistic problems and perfecting the related legal systems are the inevitable choices for the chinese academic circles of international law s at present . |
