| Abstract: | This paper makes a study of Hu Jintao's speech at Central Working Conference about Nationality Affairs. It is pointed out that the speech holds high the banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents, keeps pace with the times, comes up with new ideas in respect of theory, develops the theory about nationality affairs and is the guideline of nationality affairs of China in the new era. |
