The problem of people's livelihood is related to the harmony of the society and the stableness of the country.It also involves people's approval of the ruling party,policies and leadership system.In the process of the construction of society,people's livelihood should be seen from political height.There are six problems to deal with,that is,the lives of people's livelihood,the basis of people's livelihood,the strategies of people's livelihood,the foundation of people's livelihood and the urgency of people's lovelihood.
