| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的不断发展,大学生教育管理工作在人员素质、管理方式、社会环境、队伍建设等方面面临着许多新的问题,为此,高校管理工作者必须注重开展调查研究,把握当代大学生思想状态和变化的规律,同时要不断完善教育管理工作体系,进一步加强网络思想阵地建设,坚持以人为本,倡导人文关怀,加强心理健康指导,积极引导大学生进行自我教育。

| Abstract: | With the constant development of the higher education in our country,the educational administration of college students is confronted with many new problems such as staff quality,administrative pattern,social environment and troop construction.Therefore,administrative workers in colleges and universities must pay attention to carrying out investigation and research,grasping the ideological situation and changing regulations of modern college students,at the same time constantly perfect the educational administrative working system,further strengthen the construction of net ideological front,insist on putting people first,initiate human care,strengthen psychological health direction,and actively guide college students to do self-education. |
