| Abstract: | The paper gives a detailed analysis of the legal character of P&I Insurance Contract on the basis of a discussion of the constructive conditions of insurance contract,and thereby draws the conclusion that P&I Insurance Contract has the essence of insurance contract.It also expounds the issue that P&I Insurance Contract has the nature of marine insurance contract. |
