| 摘 要： | 在两岸经济关系发展与互动过程中,目前逐渐形成了两会协商机制、党际协商机制与行业协会协商机制等,但仍需要进一步完善两岸经济合作的协商机制.针对两岸经济往来中某一重要问题或事项发展,要建立功能性经济合作机制.在海峡两岸经济合作机制难以一步到位的情况下,应积极鼓励与推动海峡两岸地方性或次区域性的经济合作机制建设.两岸经济制度化合作发展的重要目标是建立高度整合的两岸经济合作机制或经济一体化建设.即"两岸经济共同体"(两岸共同市场).对建立两岸经济合作机制及两岸经济整合与台湾参与区域经济整合的关联性等问题提出几点政策性建议与设想.
