| 摘 要： | 建立元数据标准是解决人口与计划生育信息资源共享的重要基础，应用元数据规范和相关的技术协议可以建立人口与计划生育元数据标准。基于Dublin Core的15个核心元素，人口与计划生育元数据可作出相应的部分规范。
