急性脑梗死偏瘫患者早期康复的临床研究

目的探讨早期康复对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响。方法100例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为两组，两组均给予常规药物治疗，康复组（50例）患者生命体征稳定，神经学症状不再发展1周后康复治疗。2月后评价治疗结果。结果康复组运动功能、神经功能缺损、日常生活能力（ADL）的改善均优于对照组（50例），两组有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论现代康复治疗对急性脑梗死偏瘫的功能恢复有明显的促进作用。

Effect of early rehabilitation in hemiplegia of cerebral infarction
