| 摘 要： | 文章结合诺贝尔科学奖获奖成果类型的百年走势，从科学实验是 科学理论产生的基础、科学实验是检验科学理论的标准、科学理论是科学实验的指南、科学 实验手段变革的重要作用等多个层面系统深入地论证分析了科学实验与科学理论的关系，并 由此引出一些有益的借鉴、启迪和对策，对于正在实施科教兴国和科技强国的中国具有重要 的价值和意义。

| Abstract: | The paper, against the trend of 100 years' Nobel Prize in natural science, from the following items, say, the scien tific experiment being a foundation in engendering scientific theory, a criterion to check scientific theory and a guidebook, carefully analyzes the relation b etween experiment and theory. The research then leads to some useful opinions, which prove to be of such importance for China in the process of strengthening her power by science and technology. |
