民族地区发展型化学教师培养模式的研究与实践

摘    要:通过对化学教师培养模式的研究与实践,构建了民族地区发展型化学教师的培养模式:在夯实并拓展学生专业基础知识的同时,构建学生宽厚的知识结构,注重发展教师教育技能。实践表明,该培养模式可以提高学生的从教能力、自主学习的能力,提升学生的综合素质,促进学生的可持续发展。

Abstract:By the research and practice on the chemical teachers,a training pattern of the chemical teacher with development-type in ethnic areas has been constructed.While strengthening and expanding the students' basic knowledge of the specialty,we have also constructed their broad knowledge structure,and stressed on developing their teaching skills,which shows that the pattern can not only improve their teaching ability and self-learning ability,but also enhance their comprehensive quality and promote their sustainable development.
