试析我国石化行业的管制俘虏现象——从茂化实华停产风波看石化行业垄断的维持

通过茂化实华停产这一案例,对我国石化行业的垄断和政府管制进行了分析,认为目前石化行业正处于逐步脱离自然垄断的过程中,但在管制俘虏的状态下,原有的垄断石化企业通过提高价格和限制供给这两种方法,竭力维持本行业的垄断。最后提出相应的政策建议。

A Primary Analysis of the Capture of Regulation in Petrochemistry Industry

Based on the case of production stopping of the Maohuashihua Company,this article analyses the monopoly and government regulation in our country's petrochemistry industry.The author holds that the petrochemistry industrg is in thw process of breaking away from the natural monopoly,however,because of the capture of regulation,the existing monopoly enterprises try to keep monopoly in the industry,by improving price and limiting supply.Finally some relevant policy proposal is put forward by the author.
