| 摘 要： | 从师范教育的实际和特点 ,探讨如何在新形势下实践“三个代表” ,切实提高教育教学质量。指出在高校 ,尤其是师范院校 ,要贯彻“三个代表” ,就必须立足本单位的实际 ,理论联系实际 ,实施“12 3”工程 (即围绕一个中心———育人 ,树立两代师表 ,占领三个阵地———课堂、社区、网络 ) ,切实加强思想政治教育 ,培养跨世纪的合格的人民教师

| Abstract: | This article tries to discuss,under the brand new circumstances,how to practice the "three representatives" in improving the quality of teaching,thus to cultivate eligible teachers.In order to carry it out in institutes of higher learning,especially in normal universities,one must base on its special teaching characteristics,integrate theory with practice,implement "123" Project,that is,focusing on one point educate students,setting two exemplary virtues both teachers and those would be teachers,and seizing hold of three positions classroom,community and the network. |
