| 摘 要： | 为提高资源分配过程中不同速率需求的用户间公平性,结合正比公平算法,提出一种应用于第三代合作伙伴计划长期演进系统上行链路的分组调度算法。算法按照不同用户的速率需求分配资源,并在每次调度过程中使用动态变化的权重因子,避免出现速率需求高但瞬时信道状况差的用户分配过多的资源。仿真结果表明,该算法相对于正比公平算法更好地解决了不同用户间的公平性。
