| 摘 要： | 作为新闻出版业改革和管理的重要组成部分,关注地市级和部分县（市、区）媒体,推动其改革发展也是决定我国新闻出版改革成败的关键之一。随着我国新闻出版业态改革的不断深入,地方媒体改革进入实质性操作阶段,从新闻出版业态区域发展理论的角度探讨区域性传媒业的一体化发展趋势,开展前瞻性思考,将有助于地方媒体的改革。
