加大财政政策力度刺激国内消费需求

针对目前国内有效需求不足的经济形势 ,从内需的重要性及内需不振的主要原因出发 ,分析了主要宏观调控政策的可行性 ,并认为大强度的扩张性财政政策是当前筹措社会保障基金 ,提高居民心理预期 ,刺激消费需求以带动投资需求进而启动经济的最佳手段 ,并对由此可能引发的国债问题进行了探讨 ,通过分析得出了大力度积极的财政政策的必要性和紧迫性 ,并对实施过程中应注意的问题作了分析

On Stimulating Domestic Consumption Demand Through Active Financial Policy

In light of the current economic situation, this paper compares several major macroeconomic policies in terms of their ability to increase domestic consumption demand. The author thinks that a highly active financial policy is the best way to raise social security funds,to improve urban residents' psychological expectation and thus to stimulate consumption demand, only in this way can we initiate a new round of economic growth. The author also presents several points that should be kept in mind in carrying out this policy.
