| 摘 要： | 建立人力资本的激励机制是现代企业治理的一个重要方面,不论是建立经济激励、权力地位激励,还是文化激励,都要考虑形成一个与较好激励机制相对应、相辅相成的企业体制,这样企业的治理结构才会处于一个良性运转的状态,才能使企业进入持续、快速发展的轨道.

| Abstract: | Establishment of inspiring mechanism for talents capital is an important aspect of modern enterprises management. Both thinking from economic inspiring, power inspiring and cultural inspiring, forming a good enterprises system should be taken into consideration, which can be supplement the inspiring mechanism. In this way the enterprises management structure will be in a good running and make enterprises keep persistent and rapid development. |
