| 摘 要： | 江泽民高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜 ,着眼于新的实践和新的发展 ,在国际共运史上 ,第一次明确提出了“依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略 ,并从跨世纪的战略高度对政治体制改革作了全面部署 ,阐述了政治体制改革的目标、前提、原则、任务 ,丰富和发展了邓小平关于社会主义民主政治建设的理论 ,对新时期我国的民主政治建设和社会主义现代化建设具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the new practice and development,by holding high the great banner of Deng Xiao ping's theory, Jiang Ze min has clearly put forward "administering the country by law, building socialist legal country"for the first time in the international communist movement. From the trans century strategic height, Jiang Ze min has also made all around arrangements for the reform of political system, and expounded the goal, premise, principle, and task of the reform of political system. All these new contributions by Jiang Ze min enrich and expand Deng Xiao ping's theory about socialit democratic politics construction, and have important singificance for democratic politics construction and socialist modernization construction in the new period in our country. |
