论大学生公民素质的现状及思考

我国大学生公民素质教育的实施散见于思想政治教育中，需要总结分析。，笔者以湛江师范学院为例，对大学生公民的道德素质、法制素质、参与素质等三个方面的一般状况进行调查。指出了影响大学生公民素质提高的因素有学校公民教育的缺位、社会环境的影响、参与公民生活的机会不足等，并提出了以课程教育、校园环境和社会实践作为提高大学生公民素质的途径.

On the Civic Responsibility of College Students: The Current Situation and some Thoughts

The civic education for Chinese college students is based on the ideological and political education, which needs to he summmized and analyzed. Taking Zhangjiang Normal University for example, a survey was carried out regarding the general condition of the students in the following 3 aspects： the ethical standards, legal awareness and cognition of political inwolvement, etc. It is pointed out that the influencing factors of the students on improving their good citizenship include the omission of civic education in schools, social environments and inadequate opportunities for participating in civic life, etc. And some approaches are put forward to improve the civil responsibility of the students, i.e. curriculum education, campus environment and social practice.
