生态环境与资源对经济增长影响的测算——基于陕西省的实证数据

生态环境恶化与资源耗竭困扰着社会的可持续发展，而传统的经济增长模型并未考虑资源与环境的影响。为了弥补这一缺陷，将生态环境压力指数与能耗总量作为生产函数新的投入要素，推出拓展的索洛经济增长模型，并以此模型为框架，选取柯布道格拉斯生产函数测算出陕西省的生态环境压力指数与能耗对经济增长的贡献。结果表明：资源消耗加大对当前陕西经济增长有较大贡献，但生态环境压力的增加对经济增长的总贡献则是负面的，达到-15．04％之多。这说明生态环境恶化已经明显制约着陕西经济增长。
